For cover area as stated above:

• Delivery will be same day for order before 1 pm (exclude weekend and public holiday)
• Our team will inform the recipients in advance if there's any earlier/late delivery to make sure you are able to receive the goods before delivery.

Please note that changes stated as above may occurred and will be informed during certain promotion period or under certain circumstances.

• All orders will be delivered with cooler bag provided to ensure the ice cream you received is fresh and in best testing condition.
• We do not provide tracking number at the moment but you can always reach out to our Facebook or Instagram our customer services to enquire regarding your order status.
• In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed.
